Elizabeth is an advocate for those who need a legal voice. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Elizabeth received her JD
from South Texas College of Law in 2007. Before this Elizabeth studied at The
University of Texas at Austin where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in
Elizabeth began her career in law as an Assistant District
Attorney for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, where she
tried over fifty trials. It was here that she found her passion for law and
justice. She then went on to hold positions in the Williamson County District
Attorney’s Office and then opened The Law Office of Elizabeth D. Whited.
Elizabeth is admitted to the Texas State Bar, and has spent
her career advocating for the citizens of Texas that have been victimized.
Through her extensive experience practicing law, Elizabeth takes pride in
allowing her clients to focus on their recovery, while she works to build the
strongest case possible for them. In 2014, Elizabeth was named the Williamson
County Victim Advocate of the Year.
Elizabeth believes her clients should not have to attempt to
navigate the legal world alone after an accident. With this in mind, her
clients can work towards getting their lives back on track, safe in the
knowledge that Elizabeth is fighting in their corner.
Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys running, hiking, and
traveling with her family and dog.
