After my wife was in an ugly car accident in which the other driver was at fault, and the car ended up being totaled. The driver’s insurance didn’t want to accept responsibility, I started scrolling the internet for lawyers and came upon the Zinda Law Group, which had really good reviews. They quickly made an appointment for my wife and after she explained what happened to her, they took the case. The lawyer that handled our case was Rolando Quesada and I have to say, he took care of everything right away, setting my wife up with therapy sessions for her neck, and keeping us updated on what was going on with the case. Sure enough after a month of Rolando handling the case, the driver’s insurance company gave me a call and said they had accepted responsibility and after a week, the sent an adjuster to look at our car, in which they determined it was a total loss and a couple of days later they gave us a check of more than enough of what we were expecting. They closed the case right after that and my wife is about to get a settlement check in the mail. Rolando and and the whole law firm did an excellent job and me and my wife were very satisfied. THIS FIRM IS AWESOME!! Neil Solomon, Jason Aldridge, and Krista are amazing at their jobs. I was in a high-speed head-on collision December 18th 2017. I contacted four different law firms December 29th. Everybody was on Christmas vacation but Neil Solomon call me right back and I met with him on Saturday he explained in detail how everything would happen. He said most settlements usually take around 1 year and some take up to 2 years. The other three firms said that in a case like mine it would take at least 2 years. I’ve had read some of their reviews and after speaking with Neil I decided to go with Zinda law firm that Monday. I met with Neil on Tuesday and sign the paperwork and Tuesday afternoon Jason called me met me on Wednesday he drove all the way to my house because I didn’t have a ride. He went over in detail every thing that was going to happen during the settlement. I had an AMAZING experience with Zinda Law Group!! I was rear ended on I – 25 on my way home from work. My car was totalled and I felt like my life was in shambles. The at fault drivers insurance company only paid a portion of what I owed on my car. I still had a car payment and had no car to drive. A Fantastic Group of Lawyers
So, I was in a nasty car accident around May of 2017. The guy had insurance, but it was a horrible insurance company that wasn’t going to cover any of my damages. My car was totaled, and I ended up in therapy for medical reasons due to this wreck. I was referred to Zinda Law Group from one of my mom’s friends, and we had a meeting that very week. Let me tell you, these people are awesome. They were very thorough when listening to me, not only about the accident, but how my life has been since then, and about how I felt about certain decisions being made. This was my first incident having to deal with lawyers, and I had always heard that it was a stressful headache. This was not the case with the lawyers assigned to my case, Jason Aldridge, and Neil Solomon. They were amazing. They kept me in the loop, but not in a way that would have stressed me out. On Top of Your Case From Beginning to End
I had the unfortunate circumstance of being injured in an accident. The accident was serious enough to where I could not walk and I was in great pain physically and mentally. Fortunately, I found the Zinda Law Group based upon reviews I had read. Neil Solomon was my attorney with this Law Group and I will say that I do not regret my experience with him whatsoever.
He and his staff worked extremely hard and even came to visit me on the first visit because I was immobilized.
